One Team, Two Continents: A Look at Our 2026 Philippines Trip
I just wanted to share a few photos from this year’s team-building trip to visit our team members in the Philippines.
We spent time snorkeling with sea turtles, ATVing through the Chocolate Hills, and enjoying many wonderful meals featuring local cuisine. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to strengthen the relationships that make our practice successful every day.
We currently have six team members based in the Philippines. Each doctor has a full-time RN that supports patient care, and we also have three team members who help with answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and supporting the practice with insurance verifications, among many other tasks.
This year, Julie, Ralph, Aubrey, and Danica were able to join me on the trip. Charie and Joan stayed back and kept the practice running, and we look forward to hopefully having them join us at next year’s retreat.
Our Philippines-based team plays an important role in supporting our patients and providers, and it was incredibly rewarding to spend time together in person, learn more about their culture, and celebrate the contributions they make to Yeargain Foot & Ankle.
